    Pros +

    • Great location near the train station, comfortable room. The complementary refreshments were very welcome after a day of sightseeing.
    • Staffs were extremely helpful and professional. Hotel was clean and only takes 5-7 minutes walk from JR Tokyo station via Shinkansen exit which is Easy to access if you are using Shinkansen a lot.
    • Friendly staff, cleanness, daily cleanup, children space and snacks. Location, location, location!

    Cons -

    • I wish that the children space (without snacks) at 2nd floor can be accessible between 10pm-6am. Children can use the space for changing jetleg/time difference, i.e., they travel from US or EU. The room and lobby are both too small for such usage
    • Not applicable, we loved everything about our stay.
    • Nothing really. We had a lovely stay.

Absolutely loved our experience although it was only for one night. They upgraded our room which was unexpected but very appreciated! The hotel was clean, quiet, and provided all the necessities one might need for a comfortable stay. We really loved the snacks and drinks provided! The beds were very comfortable and we had a nice view from our room. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and explained all the perks available to us. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Tokyo Station which made jumping on the train very easy. Also within walking distance to other areas of interest such as Ginza. I would certainly stay here again!

The staff are helpful and friendly. They all spoke English. They provide very good refreshments and free sake tasting and our quadruple room with 4 beds included a washer/dryer unit. The suite itself is small but that is the norm for hotels in Japan. The location is good - within a 6 min walking distance of Nihombashi Station and 9 min to Tokyo Station.

Nothing really. We had a lovely stay.

Location, very clean and free amenities.

    Small room for big luggages.

    8DayvaPosted on: 1-14-2026

The location and rooms were great. It was clean, well-located, and the staff was helpful.

    The breakfast was OK.

The location is great for easy access to Tokyo station and Ginza. The room we had was very large in Tokyo standards and had a sofa bed. They also had a lounge with Christmas on the house treat which is nice. The check in and out was quick and efficient. Also they lent us umbrellas for a rainy day. And of course the room was very clean and the bed very comfortable.

The room is actually part of a suite so it had a connecting door which was sealed. Might be a bit more noisy depending on the neighbors. For us it was OK.

Close to the Tokyo station and ginza center. Small but comfortable. Breakfast was good but not the best value for the money.

    Very small rooms.

Great location conveniently located close to Tokyo Station.

2nd floor 2f lounge was exceptional. There were free drinks and snacks after 1pm. Cool little play area i side for kids.

Good location by Tokyo Station. Lounge nice for quick snack and drinks. Small amenities provided. Staff helpful with luggage transfer. Nice to have laundry machine.

Room small for four with minimal storage, but typical for Tokyo. Four single beds located on one large platform- efficient, but prob as buy not for everyone.

The location was ideal for what we needed (a place to crash after arriving from the airport before catching a train the next day) - the evening buffet was a delightful bonus, especially since we arrived on Christmas Day and we were greeted with some bubbles and little cakes to make the day special - they staff had obviously gone the extra mile

There was very little to complain about!

10 minute walking distance to Tokyo station pulling luggage.

Rooms below 6th floor have windows face wall of next building about 6 feet away.

We loved the room with four twin beds. We have a family of four adults and this room was so much fun. The shower is the best I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. There was even a washer and dryer in the room!!!

    Liked everything

this was one of the largest rooms I booked in the 3 wks in Japan..............enough space to open 2 suitcases and still walk around. they offered a separate space in the hotel for 'workers' (wifi, and computer plugs on counter top), and complementary snacks, coffee and water. a very nice option so you dont have to work in your room

there was NO desk or even a table top to work at. You had to sit on the low bed and bend over a side table. I was there overnight but a longer stay would have been impossible. And I work late at night so using the 'second floor' guest space was not possiblei dont remember a chair either, i think it was an ulpostered cube...................international guests may find the low profile of the bed and other furniture a problem.

Great location, clean and could accommodate our family if 4

    9WilliamPosted on: 12-22-2025

Location of hotel was close to major train and metro lines which allowed us to travel to various parts of Tokyo conveniently. There was also an exceptional wagashi shop just beside the hotel (Tsubameya Nihonbashi Ten) that me and my daughter loved the kinako jelly and dorayaki with delicious red bean paste. The hotel also provided instant pocket warmers when the temperatures suddenly dipped to below 0C during one of the night of our stay. Such consideration and thoughtfulness by the hotel service team is exceptional. The washer/dryer in our room (only in specific room layout) was a god send as we had a family of 4 and we did daily washing (overnight and during the day while we were out) in the comfort of our room without needing to worry about timing or the need to compete with other hotel guests for laundry slots! I would plan to bring minimal clothing and vacate space in my luggage to buy more gifts back if I had foresee the convenience of an in room washer/dryer!

While we do not mind not requiring daily bed sheet/linen/towel changes during our 6 nights stay for eco friendliness (available upon request if required), we do prefer to have cups washed daily as part of the housekeeping routine rather than having to request for it (similar to trash clearing).

The location was decent. Fairly close to the main train station.

The beds were terrible. I actually still have back pain due to the beds.

Good location. Washing machine in room

    Small in size

The location was perfect and convenient for coming in and out of Tokyo station. There are a lot of great dinning options in the area along with shopping.
